Join us for a highly practical training that combines lecture and formal Citrix hosted Labs with instructor guidance. Students will gain knowledge of the components, design considerations and use cases as well as get hands on experience building out their own Citrix Cloud Service with live instructor support.
Citrix Mission: Secure Delivery of Apps and Data
Citrix Cloud is cloud-based management and integration platform. By deploying Citrix software as a service, Citrix Cloud simplifies management of Citrix Technologies. This integrated approach is the simplest way to securely create and deliver digital workspaces and it’s a natural transition for those management Citrix technologies in the on-premises data center.
Workshop Details
The workshop begins with a Platform Overview and a drill-down on each of the services and progresses through to an architectural design review. Students will gain an understanding of how the service works and will cover the following components:
- Introduction to Citrix Cloud
- XenApp & XenDesktop Service
- Citrix Cloud Connectors
- StoreFront and Netscaler in the Cloud
- On-Promises Scenarios with StoreFront
- NetScaler Gateway
Finally, students will build out their own Citrix Cloud POC with instructor guidance.
