But that 10% makes all the difference.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AI Governance: The Superpower in Scale<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the most overlooked\u2014but critical\u2014factors in AI success?&nbsp;<strong>Governance.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You&nbsp;can\u2019t&nbsp;scale AI without controls around versioning, auditing, cost tracking, and security. And thanks to emerging tools and practices\u2014like&nbsp;<strong>Model Context Protocols (MCP)<\/strong>\u2014it\u2019s&nbsp;becoming easier to connect LLMs across systems while&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;accountability.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zach summed it up best:&nbsp;<em>\u201cAI only scales when security teams stop saying no\u2014and start saying yes, but we can audit that.\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>A Playbook for AI That Actually Works<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By the end of the session, the takeaway was clear: The future of AI&nbsp;isn\u2019t&nbsp;about chasing trends\u2014it\u2019s&nbsp;about building&nbsp;<strong>scalable, secure AI systems<\/strong>&nbsp;that solve&nbsp;real business&nbsp;problems.
