• On March 8, 2023, Citrix will launch the Citrix Universal Subscription, a redesigned package that will replace the former DaaS + Hybrid Rights offering, with no restrictions on how customers deploy Citrix or where you host your workloads. 

• Until March 5, 2023, customers may renew outstanding active Perpetual Software Maintenance, after which this offering will be retired and outstanding quotes will be invalidated. The retirement of Perpetual licensing does not indicate the discontinuation of product and/or support. All existing active maintenance contracts will be honored to their expiration dates.

• The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) eligible for the Transition and Trade Up to Universal Subscription is 250 active licenses, offering customers an opportunity to convert from Perpetual licenses to the new Universal Subscription

IMPACT: All perpetually licensed NetScaler ADC MPX/SDX hardware and VPX/BLX software will End of Sale (EoS) on March 5, 2023.

• On March 5, 2023, CSG will End of Sale (EoS) all perpetually licensed NetScaler ADC MPX/SDX hardware and VPX/BLX software. The retirement of Perpetual licensing does not indicate the discontinuation of product and/or support. All existing active maintenance contracts will be honored to their expiration dates. 

• Until March 5, 2023, customers may transact an active quote for any perpetually licensed NetScaler ADC hardware or software, after which this offering will be retired and any outstanding quotes will be invalidated.
