XenTegra was founded in 2012 by Andy Whiteside, who recognized the need for a Citrix-focused partner for customers. With over a decade of experience in IT, including roles as a Systems Administrator, Microsoft Directory Services Support Engineer, Citrix Consultant, and Citrix Senior Sales Engineer, Andy’s expertise ranges from large universities to small businesses.
XenTegra’s mission is to provide true “value-added” reseller services for digital workspace technologies and cloud computing, with a focus on enabling and educating customers to create a user-centric workspace accessible from any device and location securely. With the belief that the ecosystem is missing true ‘value-added’ partners, Andy pushes XenTegra to be an example for others in the space by being the model for a VAR 2.0.
Trevor Mansell
CIO/Managing Director
Trevor Mansell brings more than 18 years of hands-on experience in information systems, sales engineering, software solution consulting, and architecture design to XenTegra. He is an End User Computing, Cloud and Mobility Architect with a passion for delivering solutions that are innovative, resilient, and most importantly user-friendly. As Managing Director of our Workspace Managed and Cloud Services at XenTegra, Trevor currently oversees the cloud managed services, consulting offerings, and operations. Before XenTegra, he spent nine years with Citrix Systems in various solution architecting and systems engineering roles, including leading the strategic partner solution architects for the Americas region.
Moin Khan
Global CTO & Managing Director | XenTegra India
Moin has a comprehensive technology-rich background which began as a Director of Service for major technology companies and a Principal Architect. He has over 20+ years of global experience in providing leadership and guidance to Professional Services Management Teams, ensuring customer excellence through delivered services. Moin has a demonstrated history of successfully completing large-scale multi-million dollar projects in more than 20 countries.
Moin brings his experience with both Citrix and Microsoft while working as a Senior Architect for Enterprise Strategy and Infrastructure. He has been involved in risk management for the practice and the entire IT lifecycle. His expertise is in sales support, discovery, and design phases, with a broad focus on enterprise, industry, platform, and IT solutions.
At XenTegra, Moin leads our team of Architects and is responsible for technical leadership throughout different lines of business, including not only our US team, but our Canada and India teams as well.
He is an advocate for the effective practice of value selling and believes in connecting to the digital workspace community to serve them best by ensuring to understand the customer’s needs, challenges, and goals, and be able to communicate how products and services can help them achieve their objectives.
Tabassum Anwar

Tabassum Anwar comes to XenTegra with over 15 years of the experience in the financial sector, holding leadership roles that focused on digital transformation projects, human resource management, outsourcing, operations, and governance. She has success managing technology start-ups, where Tabassum grew the business 100% YoY. Tabassum brings a diverse background and expertise in transforming enterprise companies with a focus on process development/improvement. At XenTegra, she is expanding the business and brand in Canada. Tabassum holds a master’s degree in business administration with a major in human resource management and marketing.

Drew Hill
CFO
As the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the XenTegra portfolio of companies, Drew Hill oversees the financial management, business strategy, legal, and HR functions. He possesses a decade of finance and accounting experience from his previous engagements in Public Accounting and Financial Services. While at XenTegra, Drew also served as a Client Executive prior to serving as Chief Revenue Officer, where he focused on maximizing revenue production by implementing strategies to improve sales performance. Drew holds both a Master of Science in Accounting degree and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Drew obtained his CPA license in 2010.
Les Roach
Vice President of Sales
Les Roach joined XenTegra in 2022 where he serves as the global sales leader for the XenTegra sales organization, across all geographies, including the United States, Canada, the Caribbean & LATAM. He is a proven sales executive with extensive experience in regional and international sales leadership. He comes to XenTegra with over 20 years’ experience with leaders in the technology industry such as Insight, IBM, Lenovo & Nutanix.
Les possesses the ability to execute at both the strategic and tactical levels. He has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing organizations to achieve results that exceed business expectations across all lines of business including hardware, software, professional services, and managed services. Having a servant leadership style, with experience in P&L management, go-to-market strategy, and execution, he leads through change with a passion for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
Bridget Kiser
Director of Customer Success and Inside Sales
Bridget Kiser joined the XenTegra team in 2018. She is an integrative leader who thrives on the development of organizational processes that promote organic teamwork and execution of company goals. Her track record of loyalty and dedication has been the cornerstone of her professional career and consistently provides opportunities for her leadership style to shine.
With over 20 years of experience in the B2B sector, beginning with Direct Sales and Account Management, she extended to IT Channel Partner experience with a focus on Customer Advocacy and Success.
Bill Sutton
Director of Consulting Services
Bill Sutton brings over 20 years of progressive hands-on consulting experience in information technology to XenTegra. After more than a decade working as a CPA, Bill transitioned his professional consulting expertise to the technology field. This transition led him to increasing levels of responsibility consulting on various technologies including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Endpoint Management, Citrix Content Collaboration, Citrix Application Delivery Controller, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, and many other related technologies. As the Director of Consulting Services at XenTegra, Bill leverages his financial and technology consulting background to manage the company’s consulting practice. He is focused on enabling the consulting team to deliver strategic technology solutions to meet the needs of customers and strives to continuously exceed customer expectations and provide the best possible consulting experience. Bill holds a BS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Bridgewater College in Virginia.

Leveraging his degree in Information Systems, Chris Doran has become an experienced IT engineering, administration, and project manager for companies in multiple industries such as financial, automotive retail, transportation, manufacturing, and technology. Data center and cloud-centric ecosystems are where Chris accelerates in his expertise. Delivering these ecosystems to customers in both technology and business terms so that world-class solutions can be developed and deployed, is what Chris and the XenTegra Consulting Team strives to achieve for all their clients. Under Chris’ direction, XenTegra Consulting Services employ today’s best and ever-changing virtualization components to deliver solutions for your software-defined data center needs.
