CEO and Founder
Andy founded XenTegra in 2012 based on the idea that Citrix customers deserved a partner that focused on Citrix solutions as their primary business focus. Andy graduated from North Carolina State University in 1997. Before founding XenTegra, Andy spent over a decade as a Systems Administrator, two years as Microsoft Directory Services Support Engineer, three years as a Citrix Consultant and four years as a Citrix Senior Sales Engineer. Andy has received many awards for his service including the Citrix Sales Engineer of the Year award in 2010. Andy’s experience helping customers ranges from working with large universities, enterprises, medium and small businesses. Focusing on end-user computing that originates from the datacenter has been a focus for Andy for the past eight years. Enabling the Citrix community has been a priority for Andy over the past five years and founding XenTegra has given him a way to continue to do this.
Trevor Mansell brings more than 18 years of hands-on experience in information systems, sales engineering, software solution consulting, and architecture design to XenTegra. He is an End User Computing, Cloud and Mobility Architect with a passion for delivering solutions that are innovative, resilient, and most importantly user-friendly. As Managing Director of our Workspace Managed and Cloud Services at XenTegra, Trevor currently oversees the cloud managed services, consulting offerings, and operations. Before XenTegra, he spent nine years with Citrix Systems in various solution architecting and systems engineering roles, including leading the strategic partner solution architects for the Americas region.
Chief Marketing & Technology Officer
As the Chief Marketing and Technology Officer (CMTO), Pete take both skills and runs all of XenTegra’s marketing, events, and partner relationships. He joined XenTegra with over 20 years of software and IT experience from leading high technology organizations. Pete is extremely technical but can enable everyone to understand any technology. Before XenTegra, Pete was Director of Product Management for RES ONE Workspace/Security and directly responsible for defining the product direction, ensuring a successful code rewrite, the roadmap and ultimately played a role in RES’s recent exit and acquisition by Ivanti. Before RES, Pete held various product management roles at Citrix, BMC Software, and Imprivata. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and an MBA from Babson College where he focused on marketing, strategy and mergers and acquisitions.
Dan is the backbone of XenTegra running the day to day operations and the back-office. He brings 30 years of business administration and general management with a deep background in the financial industry, non-profits, and service-based organizations. Dan is experienced with large-scale fulfillment operations, contact/call centers, governance, regulatory reporting – within a highly regulated business – while specializing in associate morale/motivation via enablement and communication. Dan holds a BA degree in Business Administration and General Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
Managing Director of Canada
Tabassum comes to XenTegra with over 15 years of the experience in the financial sector, holding leadership roles that focused on digital transformation projects, human resource management, outsourcing, operations, and governance. She has success managing technology start-ups, where Tabassum grew the business 100% YoY. Tabassum brings a diverse background and expertise in transforming enterprise companies with a focus on process development/improvement. At XenTegra, she will be responsible for expanding the business and brand in Canada. Tabassum holds a master’s degree in business administration with a major in human resource management and marketing.
Director of Federal Sales | Chief Client Executive
Ryan joined XenTegra in August 2018, and as an experienced sales leader in the Public Sector, immediately played an integral role in helping develop and grow the XenTegra Federal practice. He is responsible for steering the organization’s core strategic direction for Federal sales and business development, as well as serving in an advisory/producing role for XenTegra West. As Director of Federal, Ryan leads a team of client-focused Federal Client Executives who help our Public Sector clients solve business challenges by leveraging secure virtual computing solutions. Before joining XenTegra, Ryan spent 8+ years working for another Citrix Platinum Partner out of Maryland where he received the Founder’s MVP Award, the most prestigious honor given at the company. He also received several other sales performance-based awards including Sales Rep of the Year in 2015 & 2017.
Ryan was also nominated for Baltimore’s Finest 35 Under 35 and has a unique set of skills that make him a highly effective salesperson, client advocate, and manager. Ryan graduated from the University of Tampa – John H. Sykes School of Business, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and was a highly successful college athlete on the UT Baseball team.
